Welcome to the SmartSky demo
SmartSky is a fault‑diagnosis workbench for aircraft SATCOM, datalink and cabin‑comms systems — built for the field‑service engineer on the ramp, and for whole support divisions or operators.
This is a read‑only tour, so the on‑screen data is deliberately fuzzed — the point is what each area does. Use the tabs on the left; an explanation pops up on each.
- Diagnose / Tickets — raise a snag and get a ranked, cited diagnosis.
- Fault Logs — drop in an LRU log and have it decoded.
- Equipment, Manuals, Services — the knowledge the diagnosis reads first.
Three diagnosis depths — when you run a fault you choose how far SmartSky reaches:
- Quick — your own library only (uploaded manuals + closed‑fault history). Fastest, no web.
- Partial — library first, reaching the open web only if the library comes back thin. A balance of speed and coverage.
- Full — library plus a deep web search. The most thorough, and the slowest.
Read‑only demo — the data on screen is fuzzed; uploads, sharing, the Vault and edits are switched off.
