He builds the software that Field Service engineers like himself need — SmartSky and the Corva engine beneath it, end to end: the data model, the retrieval-grounded diagnosis engine, the interface, right down to the emails. Couple that with FastAPN, his network-analysis and PEPsal-acceleration app for aircraft — on Android and Microsoft — and it’s the complete suite.

Fixing aircraft comms all day evidently wasn’t enough — he also built OnBored, whole-cabin chat with no internet, no accounts and no servers, so bored passengers can natter seat-to-seat. On Android and Microsoft, naturally.
